2027 Bobcat Brawl
Individual Round Robin Tournament

Format:
The 2027 Bobcat Brawl is an INDIVIDUAL ROUND ROBIN tournament. This tournament is designed to get the maximum number of wrestling matches in for all skill levels of wrestlers. 5-8 schools will be invited to participate with the hope of having around 100 wrestlers in the tournament. All wrestlers on a team are invited to participate.
Registration:
ALL WRESTLERS on the team are invited to participate. Wrestlers will be divided into ‘A’ and ‘B’ brackets (depending on number of entries).
Each bracket will have a maximum of 7 people to allow for the maximum of 6 matches per day.
The tournament will be run via TrackWrestling
Entry Fee:
The cost of the tournament for each school is $250. Gate admission will be $10 per adult. Under 18 years old are free. Before leaving the gym, spectators must get their hand stamped for re-entry.
Arrival:
Busses are asked to drop off their teams at the gym’s main entrance off of Reece Goldsmith Circle. The buses can then park in the parking lot off of Scott Street (behind the football field). Spectators are encouraged to park in the lots off of Walker Street. DO NOT park on Recce Goldsmith Circle (it is clearly marked no parking). Illegally parked cars are subject to being towed. Please do not arrive before 7 am.
Weigh-ins
Weigh-ins will occur in the main gym at 8 am. Scales will be available to check weight beforehand.
Locker Rooms:
A boy’s and girl’s locker room will be available throughout the tournament. Please DO NOT leave personal belongings in the locker room. RHS highly encourages all wrestlers to use the bathrooms in the locker-rooms to reduce the usage load in the main restrooms.
Coolers/Food:
Teams will be allowed to bring coolers and food into the gym and keep in their designated area. RHS asks that teams work throughout the tournament to keep their area clean from trash.
Concessions:
Concessions will be available throughout the tournament starting at 9 am.
Hospitality Room:
A hospitality room will be available for coaches, officials, and team managers.
Schedule:
Wrestling will begin at 9 am.
Signs/Noisemakers:
Will not be permitted.
Awards:
Medals will be awarded to the top four individuals in each ‘A’ bracket.
